Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe paying for RetroPulse. This Refund Policy explains how our 30-day refund works for subscriptions and token purchases sold by QUICKAPPNINJA SIA.
1. 30-day refund — even if tokens are used
You may request a full refund of any RetroPulse purchase (subscription payment or one-time token top-up) within 30 days of the original transaction date, even if you have already used some or all of the included tokens. You keep the photos that were restored — we will not ask you to delete them.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@retropulse.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund". Please include the date of purchase and, if available, the last four digits of the card used. We typically process refund requests within 2 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period — you keep access to your remaining tokens for that period. The subscription will not renew for the next period.
Cancelling a subscription does not in itself trigger a refund. To request a refund of the most recent subscription payment, follow the procedure in section 2 within the 30-day window.
4. EU consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Our 30-day refund policy is more favourable than this statutory minimum and runs in addition to it.
Note that the right of withdrawal does not normally apply to digital content the consumer has expressly consented to receive immediately and acknowledged loses the right of withdrawal as a result. We nevertheless honour our 30-day refund as described above.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund request in cases of demonstrated abuse — for example, repeated refund requests followed by re-purchasing, or accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service.
