Terms of Service

RetroPulse is a software service that uses artificial intelligence to restore and colorize digital photographs uploaded by users. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans (Monthly, 6-Month, Annual) and one-time token top-ups. Each restored photo consumes one token. Subscription tokens are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time top-up tokens do not expire.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price using your saved payment method, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Currency and taxes. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and routed via Yuno S.A.S. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of any purchase, even if you have used the tokens included with that purchase. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.

You retain all ownership rights in the photographs you upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transform your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Uploaded photographs are automatically deleted from our systems within 30 days after processing.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload the photographs you submit and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors in a sexual context;
• create deceptive imagery intended to defame, harass or impersonate a real person without their consent;
• circumvent token limits, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation;
• resell the Service or use it to provide competing services without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, including its software, designs and trademarks, is owned by QUICKAPPNINJA SIA and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the results of any restoration will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under mandatory law, including the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and applicable EU consumer-protection legislation.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riga, Latvia. EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
